It's official. It's on Muzak systems everywhere. I've it had it pumped into my head all day at work.
When I was powerless to ignore it, it would repeat itself over and over and over again.
On multiple occasions, I put on headphones and tried to listen to alternative selections in order to free myself from it's ice cold grasp. At first I wondered if the music may shut itself down when I put on the headphones only to broadcast again when they were removed. This was my fear and still may be true.

I switch to self help mode and whistle.

I start whistling really loud until I am louder than the office intercom during a rendition of Jingle Bells (GM+1 in quality). I am whistling so loud that my co-workers can't get my whistles out of their heads. They go through the same things that I went through earlier with the headphones. Though they fight, they are helpless. Then, they too begin to whistle. They whistle louder and louder overtaking themselves and spreading whistle cheer throughout the land. I am their hero.
